Darren's primary mission is to manage the operations of Passadore Properties to ensure that the staff has all the support and tools necessary to provide premiere service to our clients. Darren received a B.S. from Saint Mary’s College of California and worked as CIO/Manager of Internal Operations for Home Preservation Services, a construction/property management firm in the Bay Area. Darren relocated to the Pacific Northwest after retiring from the Fire Service in 2002. As Vice President of Mortgage Trust, Inc., a locally-owned real estate lender, Darren successfully led the day-to-day operations during a very tumultuous time in that industry. Darren's diverse background in operations and logistics allows him to approach our business, our clients, and our future growth from a unique perspective. When he’s not working, Darren enjoys traveling with his wife, running, playing soccer with his dog, and spending time with his family and friends.

Eddie Passadore, a lifelong resident of Portland, Oregon with fourteen years of real estate experience, working with our affiliated brokers, specializes in helping the smaller investor manage and build their real estate investment portfolio and is especially known for helping first time property owners develop their own real estate portfolios. Eddie manages larger multi-family properties and the commercial real estate division of Passadore Properties. Eddie is actively involved in Portland Business and Community Outreach. Jay is the Marketing Director for Passadore Properties. He joined the company at the end of 2010. Jay is from Hannibal, Missouri, has his Bachelor’s of Journalism from the University of Missouri, and is working on his MBA at University of Portland. As you might guess from his interest in Social Media, Jay is interested in all things current. In fact, he is also a news producer for a television station in Portland. It is an interest that has taken him from Miami to Philadelphia to Boston, and now here. Jay would love to hear from tenants, owners or applicants. Jocelyn is a Property Manager for Passadore Properties. She has been with the company since 2008. Jocelyn has strong Northwest roots. She hails from Bonners Ferry and received her Master’s from Lewis & Clark College. Passadore Properties makes communicating with our owners and tenants a top priority, long after they have signed on with the company. Jocelyn is happy to provide answers to any questions our existing tenants and owners may have.
