Maintenance

We have in-house maintenance that is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Service calls by our maintenance staff are only $50 per hour. We have reliable and professional vendors for the work we do not perform. We are happy to find three bids for anything from plumbing repairs to chimney sweeping.

Repairs

Passadore Properties is unique in our ability to loan our customers money for minor remodels. We are able to repair your property to a rent-ready condition at reasonable prices. We then repay the loan through the rent we collect. We do not charge interest on these loans.

Instant Credit Line

We do not require owners to have a reserve account for maintenance expenses. We are able to offer an instant credit equal to one month’s rent and in some cases we can carry much larger balances. So, if you need a total roof repair or a new refrigerator, often times the costs can be covered from rental payments with no need for any upfront costs. (We do require reserve accounts equal to one month’s rent when we pay mortgage and HOA dues).
