Portland One Of Nation’s Tightest Rental Markets

It comes as no surprise to anyone searching for a rental home or apartment in the Portland area that a new survey has found Portland is tied for the second-tightest rental market in the country.

The survey, from the National Association of Realtors, found that apartment vacancy rate is at just 2.5%. That puts it in a tie with Minneapolis, and just behind New York at 1.8%.
