Positive news for homeowners — a new report from Multi-Family Northwest shows rental prices are on the rise. While this makes finding a home tough for renters, it means owners can expect a nice return on their investment. The report will be released next week. More about it from KOIN-TV:
The Oregonian takes a look at rising rental prices and what it means for some tenants. According to the article, one area of concern is Southeast Portland, where rent is among the highest per square foot in the metro area, but vacancy is the lowest.
The expanding Passadore Properties team got together to enjoy a festive Christmas party this weekend at Orenco Station! The casual evening included dinner, gifts and an important message from President Eddie Passadore. Among the highlights: the 2013 hirings of four new employees, including listing agent Jon Morar. We are grateful to our owners, many of which have asked us to expand outside of our current Portland service area. We feel it’s a testament to our unique brand of customer service. Look forward to details about that expansion in 2014.
Passadore Properties remains for the sixth straight year the highest-rated online property management company on all review sites, including Yelp, Google and Angie’s List.
We’ve included a few photos from the dinner. A big thanks to the owners and staff at Savory Spoon at Orenco Station for putting together a wonderful holiday feast!
An important night for Passadore Properties, who joins Nike as the top sponsors for Basic Rights Oregon’s 2013 Ignite gala, supporting their tireless work for equal right for all.
