Tenant Screening & Deposits

Our screening process is completed by Pacific Screening. They perform a complete background check, which includes reference, credit, criminal, and eviction checks. We accept tenants with a wide range of credit scores, but those on the lower end are required to pay higher deposits, sometimes equal to three months rent. This is for your peace of mind, to ensure that your property will be protected. All tenants are required to pay a $250 cleaning deposit and to have renters insurance. Our leases and addendums are prepared in conjunction with Elliott, Ostrander & Preston, one of Portland’s most prestigious law firms.

Tenant Placement

We are open seven days a week and are able to show your property from 7am to 9pm. We advertise on over 60 websites, including craigslist, eBay classifieds, Portland Mercury, Willamette Weekly, Trulia, Hot Pads, etc. Each property is photographed extensively. Our advertisements highlight your property’s most desirable features. Passadore Properties is the only local property management company who holds regular rental open houses. 1-2 times a month you can expect an open house on a Saturday or Sunday.

We are committed to Fair Housing. Our President, Eddie Passadore, sits on the Oregon Fair Housing Council demonstrating his commitment to represent your interests without you having to worry if the tenants are treated fairly.
