No Upfront Costs

We take all of our fees from the rent we collect on your behalf. If we do not collect rent, we do not take a fee.

Instant Credit Line (Investor Plan Only)

Passadore Properties has an instant credit line that can be used for repairs and remodels.

Budget Analysis (Investor Plan Only)

Becoming a landlord is a long-term investment, Passadore Properties can help you determine how much to expect in tax refunds for your investment. This will help you plan your budget and what to expect in maintenance and other costs in the future.

Accounting

You can expect monthly statements by the 15th of each month and a tax statement at the end of each year. There is no charge for the year-end tax statement if you select the Investor Plan. Your money is deposited into your bank account or arrangements can be made for us to make your mortgage and HOA payments.
